A proactive IT Support Analyst is needed to join the ICT team of an award-winning business at their Truro office. The postholder will be responsible for resolving application and system issues that arise across the business. Duties will include:
- Identifying problem trends in applications
- Planning application upgrades
- Installing new releases and migration to new systems.
- Supporting IT projects with data analytics and reports/specifications.
You will have a track record working as an IT technical or application support role gained within a commercial business. Specific experience will need to include: Microsoft Exchange, Office and Office 365. You’ll also have experience of cloud-based solutions eg Microsoft Azure.
Knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Active Directory and Group Policy is also required along with Microsoft Windows Server administration and Windows 10 configuration and deployment.
You will possess excellent attention to detail and be able to work using your own initiative within a team environment. A confident communicator, you’ll be able to build rapport with colleagues, customers, and third parties at all levels.
Salary: £competitive plus superb benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, medical and life cover as well as ongoing training.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:15pm.
Please note you will need a full driving license as this position will require travel to other offices in the West Country.
